YURGEVICH Vladimir Iosifovich
Vladimir Yurgevich was born in 1970 in Shavelii village, Ivye district, Grodno region. He graduated from Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University in 2006, Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2013.
He served as a Deputy Chairman of Minsk Regional Executive Committee since 2014.
In August 2018 Vladimir Yurgevich was appointed the First Deputy Chairman of Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
Since March 2020, he has been appointed to the position of Chairman of Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
He manages the activities of the district executive committee, manages and coordinates the activities of the first deputy chairman, deputy chairmen and manager of the district executive committee.
He oversees issues of internal affairs, state security, state personnel policy, budget, finance, taxes, the main directions of development of the branches of the national economic complex, the economy of the district and coordinates their activities.

ZHUK Nikolay Petrovich
Born in 1982 in the village of Dyagelets, Berezovsky District, Brest Region. In 2005, he graduated from the Belarusian Agricultural Academy, in 2014 - the Belarusian National Technical University, in 2019 - the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
Since August 2021, he was appointed to the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Minsk District Executive Committee. Supervises issues of housing and utilities, construction and road complex, communications and informatization, transport and communications, forestry, environmental protection, emergency situations, civil defense. Coordinates activities on the collection, processing and disposal of secondary raw materials. Ensures coordination and control over investment activities in terms of assigned areas of activity and supervised organizations, is responsible for the modernization of organizations in the housing and utilities, construction, transport and communications.

IVANOVA Tatyana Mikhailovna
Was born in Minsk. In 2003 graduated from the educational institution "Belarusian Trade and Economic University of Consumer Cooperatives".
Oversees issues of economics, industry, quality and competitiveness of industrial enterprises, budgetary and tax and monetary policy, investment activities, registration, liquidation of business entities, property relations, entrepreneurship, licensing, trade and consumer services to the population, roadside services, foreign economic activity, import substitution, industrial development, including defense industries, fuel and energy complex of the region, energy efficiency, quality and competitiveness of industrial products, including the defense industries, the fuel and energy complex of the region, energy efficiency, quality and competitiveness of industrial products, logistics centers, collection, processing of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, scientific, technical and innovative activities, intellectual property, advertising and the implementation of measures to modernize the economy.

TIKHONKO Irina Vasilyevna
Irina Tikhonko was born in 1960 in Chemerisy village, Bragin district, Gomel region.
She graduated from Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after M. Tank in 1999.
She has been Deputy Chairman of Minsk Regional Executive Committee since November 2018.
Irina Tikhonko manages social services, cultural sector, ideological activity, health care and health resort treatment, children’s health improvement abroad, humanitarian work. She also cooperates with Council of deputies of different levels.

GRINKEVICH Viktor Vikentievich
Born in 1982 in the village of Novy Dvor, Minsk district, Minsk region. In 2004 he graduated from the Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University with a degree in economics and enterprise management, in 2009 - from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in management of agro-industrial enterprises.
Since October 2021, he has been appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman - Head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
Oversees issues of development of the agro-industrial complex, food resources, production and processing of agricultural products, land relations, geodesy and cartography, territorial defense.
Chief Clerk of Minsk Regional Executive Committee
BORODAKO Natalya Dmitrievna
Natalya Borodako was was born in 1981 in Rechitsa, Gomel region.
She graduated from Institute of Law in 2003, Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2017.
She was appointed Chief Clerk of Minsk Regional Executive Committee in January 2017.
Natalya Borodako supervises organizational and technological supplying, upkeep, regional executive committees affairs, organization and improvement of document support of management in regional and district executive committees, performance discipline, implementation and usage of modern information technologies in regional government bodies, organization and control of state secrets protection.
