KRUPKO Ivan Ivanovich

Ivan Krupko was born in 1974 in Burdevichi village, Korelichi district, Grodno region.

He graduated from Grodno State Agrarian Institute in 1998, Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2007.

Ivan Krupko was appointed Chairman of Minsk Regional Executive Committee in March 2018.

He manages Minsk Regional Executive Committee functioning, coordinates Deputy Chairmen’s and Chief Clerk’s work, supervises internal affairs, national security, personnel policy, budget, financing, taxes issues, economic development directions.

YURGEVICH Vladimir Iosifovich

Vladimir Yurgevich was born in 1970 in Shavelii village, Ivye district, Grodno region. He graduated from Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University in 2006, Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2013.

He served as a Deputy Chairman of Minsk Regional Executive Committee since 2014.

In August 2018 Vladimir Yurgevich was appointed the First Deputy Chairman of Minsk Regional Executive Committee.

Vladimir Yurgevich supervises building, housing and communal services, road services, communication and informatization, forest management, environmental protection, emergency, civil defence issues.

GOLOVACH Irina Vladimirovna

Irina Golovach was born in 1960 in Smilovichi, Cherven district, Minsk region.

She graduated from Belarusian State National Economy Institute named after V.V. Kuibyshev in 1991.

She has been a Deputy Chairman of Minsk Regional Executive Committee since 2013.

Irina Golovach supervises economy and industry issues, quality and competitiveness of enterprises, fiscal and monetary policies, investing activities, registration and liquidation of business entities, property relations, business activities, trade and consumer services licensing, motorway service, foreign trade, import substitution, industrial development including defence industry, regional fuel and power complex, industrial products quality and competitiveness, logistics centers, collecting and recycling of ferrous and nonferrous metals, scientific, technological and innovative activities, intellectual property and advertising issues, economy modernization activities.

TIKHONKO Irina Vasilyevna

Irina Tikhonko was born in 1960 in Chemerisy village, Bragin district, Gomel region.

She graduated from Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after M. Tank in 1999.

She has been Deputy Chairman of Minsk Regional Executive Committee since November 2018.

Irina Tikhonko manages social services, cultural sector, ideological activity, health care and health resort treatment, children’s health improvement abroad, humanitarian work. She also cooperates with Council of deputies of different levels.

BORODAKO Natalya Dmitrievna

Natalya Borodako was was born in 1981 in Rechitsa, Gomel region.

She graduated from Institute of Law in 2003, Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2017.

She was appointed Chief Clerk of Minsk Regional Executive Committee in January 2017.

Natalya Borodako supervises organizational and technological supplying, upkeep, regional executive committees affairs, organization and improvement of document support of management in regional and district executive committees, performance discipline, implementation and usage of modern information technologies in regional government bodies, organization and control of state secrets protection.
