KOLESEN Denis Sergeevich

Born in 1983 in the Borisov District of the Minsk Region. He graduated from the Belarusian State Agrarian University in 2005 and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2011.

In July 2025, he was appointed Chairman of the Minsk District Executive Committee.

Oversees internal affairs, state security, state personnel policy, budget, finance, taxes, key development areas for the national economic complex, and the district economy, and coordinates their activities.

Exercises direct management of the following:

District Executive Committee's Department of Internal Affairs;

Organizational and Personnel Department;

District Executive Committee's Legal Department;

District Executive Committee's Financial Department;

State Secrets Protection Unit.

He is the head of the district's territorial defense and civil defense. He also chairs the Anti-Corruption Commission.

ZHUK Nikolay Petrovich

Born in 1982 in the village of Dyagelets, Berezovsky District, Brest Region. In 2005, he graduated from the Belarusian Agricultural Academy, in 2014 - the Belarusian National Technical University, in 2019 - the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Since August 2021, he was appointed to the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Minsk District Executive Committee. Supervises issues of housing and utilities, construction and road complex, communications and informatization, transport and communications, forestry, environmental protection, emergency situations, civil defense. Coordinates activities on the collection, processing and disposal of secondary raw materials. TIKHONKO Irina Vasilyevna

Irina Tikhonko was born in 1960 in Chemerisy village, Bragin district, Gomel region.

She graduated from Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after M. Tank in 1999.

She has been Deputy Chairman of Minsk Regional Executive Committee since November 2018.

Irina Tikhonko manages social services, cultural sector, ideological activity, health care and health resort treatment, children’s health improvement abroad, humanitarian work. She also cooperates with Council of deputies of different levels.

SAKHAREVICH Dmitry Valerievich

Born in 1988 in the village of Fyodory, Stolin District, Brest Region. In 2011, he graduated from the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine, awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, with a degree in veterinary medicine.

In March 2026, he was appointed Deputy Chairman and Head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Minsk District Executive Committee.

Oversees issues of development of the agro-industrial complex, food resources, production and processing of agricultural products, state technical supervision of the technical condition of machinery and equipment, land relations, geodesy and cartography, and environmental protection.

BORODAKO Natalya Dmitrievna

Natalya Borodako was was born in 1981 in Rechitsa, Gomel region.

She graduated from Institute of Law in 2003, Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2017.

She was appointed Chief Clerk of Minsk Regional Executive Committee in January 2017.

Natalya Borodako supervises organizational and technological supplying, upkeep, regional executive committees affairs, organization and improvement of document support of management in regional and district executive committees, performance discipline, implementation and usage of modern information technologies in regional government bodies, organization and control of state secrets protection.
